I went in with an exact example of what I wanted bound from the top of the pages. He punched the holes and bound it from the side. I had to ask for help even though he looked up when I walked in the door, but ignored me and shuffled papers on a table. He slowly and with ill humour bound my 2 items and when I said that isn't how I wanted it and held up my example, he just shrugged. I had also asked him to laminate something for me and now I have his fingerprints permanently on my item forever! I repeated my instructions at least twice and was afraid he was going to put all the papers together in one pile. This is not the first time I have had problems with this branch. Last time, she was so busy reading the pages and being nosey that she messed up the order they were in and I had to bring it back and have it bound again in the right order. You need to hire more professional people.
