BEST YOGA AND MEDITATION
Dr Manoj is highly experienced yoga therapist on the island. I have learnt yoga from many teachers but just the asana is what they teach but here we learn each and every minute thing from HATHA yoga and that too in a gracefull way today i can feel the power of yoga not physically but emotionally and can create a difference in my work place too...by extraordinary workability
