I had this misfortune to choose Easymovers for my moves to the UK and to Cyprus.
Easy movers dispatched my goods but FAILED TO PAY THEIR AGENTS. Consequently, when my goods arrived in port, they were impounded until the bill was settled. The UK agents tried for months to get their payment and in the meantime, I was accruing storage charged. I was eventually left with no choice but to pay for my moves all over again.
When my goods were eventually delivered, they were damaged due to improper packaging. When I tried to make a claim of the insurance that Easymovers had sold to me, I was told that accidental damage was not covered and that Easymovers were fully aware of this.
I have been promised compensation for many months now and as each promised date arrives, they make embarrassingly feeble excuses not to pay me.
I have reported this Company to the Ministry as I am not the only customer they have conned in this way.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY
