Aramex Bahrain (Tracking, Shop and Ship) - Muharraq

Aramex should fix their false status. I was supposed to recieve my order by today around 9am-1pm after hours have passed by and I still didn't recieve my package I decided to change the timing to 9am-5pm still nothing after I tried calling every branch they proceeded to close it on my face without any further response. Seriously truly horrible

I ordered two bags from D&B USA it took 20 days just to receive a notification and 6 days to get a reply. Aramex call centre is automated response and never get to any right person! If I compare Aramex with Fedex or DHL from 1 to 10 (10 the highest and 1 the lowest) I would rate ARAMEX minus zero not even 1 because ARAMEX has not quality or standard whatsoever!!!! NEVER ever recommend ARAMEX to anyone!!!

No one is responsible for services.
No one never tells the dates of the services.
I booked the shipping of the small parcel (express delivery).
Called next day to check if it was picked up (I wasn’t in Bahrain), the lady on the phone said: “ yes, it was picked up!” And after 10 minutes my friend, who was supposed to give the parcel said that it was still at the reception!!!
She literally lied to me!
I asked whether it will be delivered within 4 days. She said, of course.
The parcel still was at the reception after 2 days!
When I called again from another country (incl. that roaming calls are extremely expensive! ) to ask when they are going to pick up the parcel.
The guy said, he will send a reminder to pick it up... and he said, it will take 2-3 days to send it and only after 3 days since it’s left Bahrain I can get it!
Express delivery !!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. NO PHONE REPLY, NO STATUS UPDATE FOR THE ORDER, PLUS ALWAYS DELAYING THE DELIVERY.

"Service" Center in Muharraq full of lazy, uninterested and unhelpful staff. Delivery not made as advised yesterday, two visits made to try to collect in person and both times nobody in the office can be bothered to find out where the parcel is to collect at their facility or tell me when I can expect delivery.

I WAS EXPECTING SHIPMENT FROM AMAZON THROUGH ARAMEX AND THE DELIVERY PERSON CALLED WHEN I WAS AT WORK AND HE WAS TELLING ME HE WOULD DROP THE ITEMS IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE AT HOME TO RECEIVE. HE WAS SO RUDE AND EVEN TOLD ME THAT HE CANT COME BACK. I HAVE TRIED LOTS OF SHIPPING COMPANY AND THIS IS THE WORST EVER

I was supposed to receive my package last 14th Oct. I requested to be delivered it at 1-5pm where i am available at the office BUT the driver delivered it at 9am!!!! And asked if he could leave it to out security which is not allowed! Then never heard of them anymore Now it's Saturday, 20th Oct, 6 days after but no heard of anything. Tried calling but nobody's answering. This is the worst ever delivery company twice this happen time. I don't know even know if this business knows proper customer care!

I called 6 times and no one answers me! Im really disappointed. I need my shipment before i travel ans Aramex made me so worried

My delayed shipment # ******** which arrived at Bahrain, Muharraq station on May 31 was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery man came and left without contacting me. My maid was in the house and did not hear him coming. When I contacted the office a man called Surish he bluntly said it will be delivered tomorrow without explaining why did not the delivery man contact me, and why they do have our contact number.

I usually experience this Aramex of Bahrain it’s
so slow as a turtle and my unfortunate is that my supplier always use Aramex. My package already arrived in Bahrain but it’s even moving,,,,I meant they are not bothering to deliver when my location is near to facility distribution.
While I can see that Aramex in UAE is better, just in a day my delivery moved from one place to another but here stuck i

If you want to loose your business then deal with Aramex.

Terrible customer service. Holding onto a parcel that arrived a week ago. Twice told it would be delivered and nothing. Hateful service and we are at their mercy. DHL so much more professional and competent!

I didn’t receive my tracking order and now I can’t know anything about what I ordered and i can’t have my package because I DONT KNOW MY TRACKING NUMBER THEY CANT TAKE MY EMAIL OR ADDRESS THEY ONLY WANT MY TRACKING NUMBER AND THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE MY TRACKING NUMBER THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH ANY COMPANY!!!!

I'm awaiting the package from many days which has already arrived in Bahrain & it's with Aramex. I received a call from them stating that they will deliver today & I was in my work due to some reasons I don't wanted to receive at my work place. So, from very next day I'm calling them, following up with for delivery even I Have given my working place address but I'm always told that tomorrow & tomorrow & unfortunately that tomorrow never came yet.......
The delivery man whose phone number I'm having has zero level customer service. He does not have any respect to customers.
I believe they should train the staff basic customer service.

Aramex gives terrible services and their delivery person ( +973-******** ) is sheer nonsense. Does not have respect for their customer and do not regret for his deed. I will definitely lodge complain with HSBC not to deal with such a shit company.

I have order some items in Fordeal and in tracking i found it has been shipped to aramex but still i didnt get my ordered items??? Why??
