Happy with the Service but tight parking space and long distance

This company need to improve its relashingship with customer. The worst of all is that most of my home application are Samsung branded. This bad response may let me to other choices

I have been trying to contact Techno Blue Trading Company W.L.L. (Service Centre) for the past one month to get a replacement vegetable basket for my Samsung fridge no one answers the phone. So today I made it point to visit them personally and the security informed they are closed for lunch as per Samsung representatives they work straight from 8 to 5:30. When asked the security person he informed that they don't answer the phone I would advise people not to go for Samsung product or you will undergo the same suffering as me.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a washing machine from Techno Blue Bahrain, and paid additional delivery charges too. No calls, no response, no answers on both company number listed. 11 days later, no machine delivered, no answers and parts have been paid for in full.
