Investment Holding was a public listed company in both the Bahrain and Kuwait Stock Exchanges with a capital of US$ 97.37 million in 2008 up from US$16 million since inception in 2002. Following the strategic decision to expand the company’s activities, Capital Investment Holding BSC was transformed into CIH BSC, a grade (A) full-fledged investment company regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain and listed in both the Bahrain and Kuwait Stock Exchanges. Consequently, Capital Investment Holding has been reintroduced as a Bahraini closed shareholding company wholly owned by CIH BSC.
