Reviews of Nader Gas WLL

I have been struggling with Nader Gas for the past two years.. whenever I call for refill, They'll be least bothered to answer, bad customer service, doesn't respond on WhatsApp nor calls, rude delivery guys, limited delivery supply with limited timings and bad approach overall.
As a customer I'm truly annoyed, disappointed and will never recommend NADER GAS to anyone.

Very bad customer service and their overall services and approach. Delivery people are rude to customers and no response from the customer care for hours and hours of contacting them, they neither bother nor care for their customers or their own reputation. Totally disappointed, frustrated and upset with Nader Gas. Choosing Nader Gas was my biggest mistake in Bahrain

Wednesday 11th Sept I requested 1 Gas cylinder replacement because our cylinder empty until today not received

Very bad customer service. People taking the order over phone (********) is not professional and very rude. Booked 2 weeks back and not received gas yet. When we call, their responses are "you are not only one customer", "sure you will get the gas today", "delivery boy visited your house, no body in your house" (truth is the gas cylinder is outside house with money), etc. This is not a professional company. With my experience with this Nader gas, I recommend to go for another company in order to get good service.
