Reviews of Haji Ali Haji Co WLL (Smartech) - Manama

Purchased a 2 ton smartech platinum from a dealer as highly recommended by some customers! Unfortunately it was not the case and the ac was useless. HAH technicians came to my house 8 times with different excuses/justifications for the ac is not cooling!!
Finally and with number of meetings I had with their management in their office, they told me to go for 2 1/2 ton assuring me that the problem of cooling will be solved,of which I did. However, they asked me to pay the difference of BD 90/ plus!! When the ac was delivered I had noticed they brought the Golden one!!?? I was told that this is better than the platinum!! Since then the problem has become worst and have suffered a lot with them again!! I went into the same senarios with them and with their technicians untill they changed the compressor for me after the ac had turned to a heater!!!?? Yet and after fixing new compressor as stated, they asked me again to pay BD 57/750!!!?? I did after lot of arguments with them and their isistment to pay!!
Belive or not and after all these hassles had gone throw, the problem of cooling is upsolately worst than ever. I did not sleep in the room for 4 months now!!

For last two weeks I'm chasing the people in this company and keeps calling them but got no response.

Very poor service being provi.ded by the company.A complaint to repair a water dispenser was made Job card NO JC/******** dated 16Jul 2017 There was a water dispenser to be repaired,the smae was inspected by one technician on 25 Jul 2017 and an estimate of 10 BD was proposed.The rate was agreed to,and the next day ie on 26 july three technicians came with a spare part and just fitted it with out even checking if the machine was working or not. They took 10 BD and pushed off with the cash.we tried to contact them with the issue not resolved they have stopped picking the calls.they seemed to be fraud people working for the company. We called up the office at manama the receptionist seems tobe in a hurry just giving a number that is not attended. its since last 6-7 days that we are trying to contact them. Receptionist sitting in ******** was also not very helpful.overall a bad experience with the company
