• Entering all production data’s to the software system and handling all disputes of data entry functions in costing department of Accounts
• Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Monitored stock holding for organization and managed all warehouse functions.
• Submit Daily basis inventory reports.
• Reviewing invoices and checking the requests of the same so as to avoid any errors

• Maintain Machinery and Semi Perseus stones inventory stocks.
• Analyzed and recommended changes to processes to enhance the efficiency of inventory process.
• Purchase Machinery Tools and Semi Perseus stones.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

• Make Jewellery Item’s Invoice & pricing in Company Software (Effission).
• Finished items cross checking all raw materials price & labor cost before making Invoice.
• Items posting in AX company software (Dynamics).
• Internal raw material (Gold, Diamonds Precious and semi-precious stones) transfer factory to Head office by software (Effission/Dynamics).
• Organizing monthly stock taking & checking (Diamonds, Precious and semi-precious stones).
• Preparation invoices and delivery of orders by costing productions 18K (plain gold, diamonds, pearls, customers, repairing and modifications).
• Preparation invoices and delivery of orders by costing productions 21K & 22K (plain gold, shop orders & wholesale orders).
• Analyzing changes in product design, raw material, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effect on cost.
• Modifications work – cross check cost of item, weight, raw materials & etc.
