Job Description:

• GPON Engineer : (ONLY FILIPINO CANDIDATES based either in GCC or Phillippines)
• Good knowledge of GPON protocol (ITU-T G.98x standards) and/or a strong experience of GPON equipment configuration (OLT & ONT) is mandatory
• Has Cisco Certification such as CNNA and CNNP.
• Ethernet access networks (VLAN bridging, cross-connect, …)
• Ethernet QoS (policing, shaping, IEEE 802.1p, 802.1q, 802.1ad, … )
• IP QoS (ToS, DCSP, …)
• Broadband Forum Technical Recommendations for access networks
• Network protocols: PPPoE, IPoE, ARP, IPv4 & IPv6, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, RTP, VOIP SIP, LACP, IGMP, MPLS…
• Network security basics
• Measurement equipment's (protocol emulators, traffic generators, protocol analyzers, … )
• Strong in English, written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills.
• A university graduate.
• Young with 2 or 3 year experience.
• As for Wireless Engineer we need 1:
• Has strong knowledge of microwave wireless point to point products in the licensed band and 5.8GHz band.
• Has worked in few products such as UBNT, Moteral, Huawei…
• Has a university degree in RF.
• Has strong leadership
