Single component water based elastomeric waterproofing compound based on polystyrene acrylic co polymer with ultra violet light resistant pigments. Excellent flexibility and elongation properties.
Flexible sealing compound that resists severe climate and tropical conditions. Allows usual roof traffic and resists erosion and weathering. Adheres very well and can be applied on any surface, gutters, plastic, wood, concrete, bricks, terrazzo tiles and bituminous coating and pretreated galvanised sheets. Seals crack and joints.

Surface Preparation The surface should be sound, dry and free of dust and loose old paint, laitance, grease and oil. Moisture content must be below 4 %. The minimum allowable substrate temperature is 10 °C. Maximum humidity during application and curing is 85%, and dew point above 3 °C.
