He is an *******, he will do anything to bring the client. Here we have to provide 2 months Notice for vacating the building which is must and if fail to do it, they will extend the contract automatically and they will threaten with Legal Action. Such ****** organization. Dont pay the advance and sign the Contract before they fulfil the requirement and agreed details between them.
