These idiots changed my cylinder with a shitty cylinder that needs some support for staying in place. The delivery driver is a pathetic person.(3536 4093)
When I used to live on 3rd floor, they wouldn't deliver the cylinder after many promises and so I told them that I would pay 1 bd extra and then they started delivering.
But provided a damn cylinder that leaked and finished up in 2 weeks.
Now that I live on ground floor, I requested for a replacement but they demanded 5bd for it. I don't know what the hell is wrong with this shitty company.
Please tell me where to file complaint against these rascals? Is there any government institute where I can take the complaint?
