I am surprised at your understanding of "service" . I just shifted from Dubai a year back and unluckily you are providing the cooking gas ... you have no proper records of house address even after delivering cylinder, countless number of times. There is no time period when the delivery of cylinder will be done. The exchanged cylinder bottles are all rusted and worn off. There is no maintenance of cylinders done, to safeguard the safety of people. Guys you are handling with cooking gas and its not a joke. Nobody responds on time, your personnel keeps arguing and suggesting alternative time for delivery. You guys are menace.
I dont know if you have any management above your head, coz this seems like a zoo company. I say this validly because no one picks the phone and there is no sense of customer support. Please do not trouble during these testing times.I want you to urgently call me at ******** and deliver the cylinder to the earliest.
