Today is the 3rd day since I placed my request to exchange the gas cylinder I called them on Tuesday 31 March at 11am and when I called them again yesterday to check why they still didn't deliver I received very bad response with no respect to the customer and a very bad attitude.
I have decided to change the company immediately.
They don't even deserve one star ZERO services

Unreliable. We called to complain about a gas leak, they promised to come next day by 8 am. They didn’t honor their promise and kept us waiting until 6pm next day. This isn’t the first time they bail on us. Don’t use them

I have asked for a gas yesterday and until evening they did not come. I called again and they are telling me they will deliver after Eid! So I cannot cook until the eid of Eid holidays that it 3 days + a friday!
Don't buy their cylinders.
They never provide proper service. I hope I could report them to consumer court.
Worst service ever.

I called ur office and ordered the gas..they mentioned wrong road number
At last the guy who delivered the same was a rude behavior..first time only I heated this gas,unfortunately one of my friend given me this thats y I am using it

I have a great experience with them one of them best gas companies in Bahrain. The owner is always there to help the others. Good luck

They are liar!!! We order gas from them and they put it to the other flat and they said we tell them to put in that flat number!!!!! But no lady assist the only the watchman has the key for the that why only the watchman assist them.
