I have sent a parcel to india. They told 21 days you will receive the parcel at home. 21 st day they messaged that it is on the way. After that no communication from them. No response. I am india. Its been 1 and half month i have sent the parcel. Still they also dont know where my parcel is. Such a poor response and worst after service. I wanted to develop such growing company in bahrain. But if this is their service sure i will ensure that compliant is raised and ministry of industry is taking action against such company. Please done go with this cargo at any case

As per my experience, this is a useless cargo. on 22nd november i called them and promptly they came to my house on 23rd. While packing, they informed me that shipping cargo will take 3 to 4 months to reach india. Hence I paid double the price to send the shipment by air cargo which was supposed to be delivered within 21 days. I was supposed to be in India to recieve the same. Now I am still in India and its been more than 1 month and the shipment is not yet delivered. I called their office many time to check the status and always get a reply that its stuck in customer and will be delivered in next 3 days. One Mr farooq who is very arrogant and is not at all co operating. When I told him that I will complaint against the cargo, his words were "dont care, do whatever you want, even our MD neelkanthan cannot do anything to me". And on top of that their MD is always in India and i am not able to get in touch wiht him. My shipment no was ********

Thanks to lotus cargo, i send my parcel to india for ramadan and luckily i received it within 15 days as they mentioned ,my family is very happy about it and thanks a lot once again
