Reviews of Reunion Computer

I have taken my Macbook Pro there. The owner damaged the laptop chassis, replaced the screen with a broken screen full of dead pixels, and did not fix the initial graphics card issue. This was after three months of back and forth. The owner is a thief, do not take your equipment there!

Reunion Computers in Diraz. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I took an Apple iMac desktop in to them 6 weeks ago. They said they would call back the same day. Didn't hear from them. Went back after 2 weeks and asked where my computer was and why they didn't call. They said they were working on it and were downloading an update. Went back last week to ask why I STILL had not heard from them. The same man I had spoken to twice, EVENTUALLY admitted that it had been taken by the boss to Dubai but wouldn't say why. I then called the boss who gave me a load of BS and eventually said they had broken the screen that first week and were trying to get it replaced. He made excuses for not calling me. He then said he would call back 2 hours later which didn't happen. II have had to chase him up ever since. Finally today he tells me the motherboard is damaged. I have asked for it back and don't intend to pay him anything. Is there anywhere I can complain about his lack of decent customer service, lies and general decietfulness?
