Review of Bella Cura Beauty Lounge

I am a regular customer of Bellacura Salon in Juffair for body massage. Mrs. Shanti always give me an hour of full relaxation. The last time I called I wanted to talk to Shanti only to confirm if she received the small Tip I left for her. It was a new lady at the reception desk so she was not familiar to me. On my call a lady answered and told me it is not allowed to talk to their staff. I asked why such rules and she answered that's as per their Madam.

Dear Madam, don't you think its ridiculous to refrain your staff to talk to their customers? I don't know what's the reason for such rules but you just lost a customer. I will also tell my friends. Shame I will miss Shanti, anyway Good luck!
